专利说明:
The present descriptive report for industrial invention refers to a shoe upper with perforated sole to be mounted on a ventilated or perspirant bottom molded from plastic materials. The scope of the present invention also includes footwear provided with said upper part. The peculiarities and advantages of the present invention will be clearer by following a brief description of the state of the art. For a long time the market has been offering boots of different heights formed with a leather or plastic upper part, with the interposition of a sole that closes it in a lower position, on a bottom most often produced from rubber or materials equivalent plastics. More recently, shoes with ventilated bottoms have appeared on the market, with the advantage of providing air exchange at the user's feet. In order to guarantee such functionality, said bottoms are usually provided with compressible pads that can in fact - being subjected to the pressure discharged on them at each step taken from the front of the foot - generate a pumping effect to extract the air contained in the upper part and transmit the same out of the shoes through a non-return ventilation valve. In addition, other footwear models are known, having a bottom with impact absorbing properties, in association or not with said ventilation properties, in order to exercise an advantageous anti-impact function in favor of the user's feet. Finally, some models of shoes have a bottom with perspiring properties, which is able to guarantee a flow of fresh air to the front of the foot, and also able to prevent water in the soil from rising back into the footwear. Beginning with such a state of the art, the specific purpose of the present invention is to develop a shoe upper molded from plastic materials that allows shoes with the same to acquire ventilation or advantageous perspiring properties. Another purpose of the present invention is to allow shoes with the upper part of the invention to acquire said ventilation or perspiring properties with great structural simplicity, easy assembly and limited cost. First of all, it should be noted that the innovative upper part that achieves the said purposes is configured as a "monolithic body" produced from rubber of thermoplastic materials. Such a body incorporates both a perimeter section with vertical development designed to "encompass" the user's foot (ie the upper part) and the sole that is the horizontal surface on which the user's foot rests. The main peculiarity of the invention is that the sole of the said "monolithic body" is provided with through openings for the passage of air from the inside to the outside and vice versa. In this way, the upper part of the invention can be mounted on a corresponding bottom for shoes, possibly a molded one, of the type provided with ventilation or perspiring properties. The benefits generated by said funds, in terms of ventilation or perspiration for the user's foot, can be experienced within the monolithic upper part. This is due to the fact that the sole incorporated in said monolithic upper part is provided with through openings that do not interfere with the air circulation between the upper and the bottom. When the upper part of the invention is mounted on a ventilation bottom, said openings of the sole are crossed by "forced" air jets that arrive from the bottom. As is known, this type of bottom is capable of generating, when they are compressed by the weight of the user's foot unloaded on them during the walk, a pump effect capable of favoring the extraction of atmospheric air (from outside the bottom) and the energetic transfer of air upwards, that is, towards the top. When the same upper part is mounted on a perspiring bottom, the said openings of the sole prevent interference with the "natural" air exchange between the bottom and the upper, which is desired inside the shoe. In particular, said perspiring bottoms of known type are provided in front of the foot with holes that cross the entire thickness, which are closed internally by membranes produced from materials of known type that are capable of interfering with the elevation of water from of the ground, but not with the passage of air. For clarification purposes, the description of the invention continues with reference to the attached drawing, which is intended for purposes of illustration only and not in a limiting sense, in which: - Figure 1 is a sectional view with a longitudinal plane from the top of the invention; - Figure 1A is an axonometric view of the upper part of Figure 1; - Figure 1B is an axonometric view of a second embodiment of the upper part of the invention; Figure 2 is a sectional view with a longitudinal plane of a ventilation bottom designed to be coupled with said upper part; - Figure 3 is a side view of the bottom of Figure 2. Referring to Figure 1, the upper part of the invention (1) has a monolithic structure obtained by molding rubber or thermoplastic materials, of which the sole (1a) is an integral part. The front of the sole (1a) is provided with openings that consist of transverse rows of through holes (1b) that end inside the upper part (1), as shown in Figure 1A. In the embodiment of Figure 1B, the openings of the sole (1a) consist of a large window (10b) covered with a corresponding piece of fabric permeable to air (11b). In addition, it should be noted that, according to the preferred mode for boots shown in figures 1, 1A, and 1B, the upper part (1) incorporates, in correspondence with one or both sides, at the height of the malleolus, vertical bands (1c) produced with elastic fabric. Inside the upper part (1), a common hygienic insole (3) that is permeable to air is preferably mounted. The latter is produced with material permeable to air or material that is not intrinsically permeable to air, but provided with through holes obtained in positions corresponding to the openings (1b, 10b) of said sole (1a). Furthermore, such an upper part (1) can be mounted on bottoms molded from rubber or thermoplastic materials, of known type, provided with ventilation or perspiring properties. In such a case, the openings (1b, 10b) provided in the sole (1a) generate an advantage, whether forced or not, air exchange between the bottom (2) and the inside of the upper (1). Furthermore, it should be noted that the present invention provides the upper part (1) preferably cooperates with an innovative design specific ventilation impact absorption bottom (2), which is shown in figures 2 and 3. For this purpose, it should be noted that this specific background (2) is also obtained when molding rubber or thermoplastic materials. The top of said bottom (2) is hollow and provided with a type of container, which comprises a first chamber (C1) located in front of the foot and a second chamber (C2) located within the heel. From the bottom of the two chambers (C1, C2) corresponding series of vertical partitions (2b, 2c) stand out, being arranged in multiple transverse rows. In particular, the partitions (2b) housed within the first chamber (01) are elastically deformable; in addition, in order to increase flexibility, they preferably have a tooth profile like a saw. Furthermore, the container of said bottom (2) is associated with a non-return ventilation valve (4) inserted in the transverse edge of the heel. When the upper part of the invention (1) is coupled with the bottom (2), the sole (1a) of the upper part (1) closes the two chambers (C1, C2) from the top, which rests on the vertical partitions (2b , 2c). In such a condition, the through holes (1b) provided in front of the sole (1a) are arranged in correspondence with the first chamber (C1) from which said flexible partitions (2b) protrude upwards. It is important to mention that the permanent fixation between the upper part of the invention (1) and the bottom (2) can be obtained in a very practical and quick way, also in view of the fact that said parts are produced with the same materials. In particular, such an operation can be produced by gluing or heat sealing, without requiring the long and stressful sewing operations that are typical of most traditional footwear. For this purpose, the bottom (2) is surrounded by a flat perimeter margin (2a) on which the sole (1a) of the upper part (1) rests in a perimeter way; the stable coupling of the two components (1, 2) is obtained at the perimeter margin (2a) by means of gluing or heat sealing. Referring also to the previously mentioned figures, the use and modes of operation of the footwear obtained by coupling the upper part of the invention (1) and the corresponding ventilated bottom (2) will be illustrated. As soon as the user of a similar shoe (S) starts walking, the advantageous ventilation effect is produced in favor of the upper part (1). In particular, whenever the shoe (S) rests on the ground, the user's weight generates the compression of said deformable partitions (2b) provided inside the first chamber (C1) of the bottom (2). Said compression of the deformable partitions (2b) allows the height reduction of the section of said first chamber (C1) that contains them and, consequently, the compression of the air contained within them. In such a condition, air tends to flow out of the bottom (1) through said non-return ventilation valve (4). Instead, during the aerial phase of each step, due to the absence of pressure exerted by the user's weight, the deformable partitions (2b) spontaneously take an upright position and the chamber (C1) containing them resumes its "natural" height. and, consequently, its original volume. An additional consequence of the new expansion of the first chamber (C1) of the bottom (2) is the recovery of the air contained in the upper part (1) through the holes (1b) obtained in the front of the sole (1a). It is unnecessary to state that the following compressions and expansions of said chamber (01) of the bottom (2) are sufficient to generate a continuous air exchange within the upper part of the invention (1), thus considerably increasing the comfort of the foot contained in the footwear (S) equipped with the same. Finally, it should be noted that, although in the attached figures the upper part of the invention (1) has the structure of a typical upper part for a boot, it can be given any other configuration alternatively designated for high or low shoes, shoes with or without shoelaces, women's or men's shoes.
